Raspberry Collins

It's a Collins, but it's with vodka and raspberry. Did you know that raspberries used to be called 'hindberries' and can come in yellow, white and black varieties? Ours are normal though.

Vodka, Chambord, Raspberry Puree, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Soda Water
